£18 for a Fine-Dining Lunch Set in London’s Wealthy District
Reporting in! Found another fancy yet delicious restaurant. Their seafood is freshly caught from British islands, the decor is award-winning, and the inspiration comes from Sicily, Italy. The lunch set is only £18 for 2 courses (usually £80 per person!). ✨ Starters The menu didn’t seem special at first glance, but the dishes blew me away. The salmon tartare was top-notch, paired with crispy chips that added a new twist to the salmon. Even the simple chicken salad was unique—the veggies and avocado were so fresh, it felt like they were just picked from the farm. Turns out, they’re delivered daily from local farms! ✨ Mains We ordered the Branzino (sea bass), perfectly crispy on the outside and tender inside. The Sicilian eggplant stew as a side was also amazing. We also tried the Octopus Malloreddus (Sardinian pasta), but personally, it wasn’t worth the extra £6. The octopus portion was generous, but the seasoning could’ve been stronger. The zucchini fries, though? Absolutely delicious! ✨ Desserts & Cocktails Their desserts and cocktails are top-tier, rivaling many famous bars! The Mediterranean cocktail was floral and fruity, super easy to drink. The Panettone experience was next-level—they lit wood chips in front of you to infuse the flavor. IL Dolci was like a refreshing piña colada with a fresh pineapple twist. Amerena was also excellent. 🌰 Tiramisu (extra £4) Made right in front of you, the cream-to-coffee ratio was perfect. A bit sweet but not overwhelming. The hazelnut gelato was also rich and flavorful. 📍 Azzurra Right next to Sloane Square, the decor oozes old-money vibes and is stunning. 💰 Weekday Lunch (12-3 PM) Set: 2 courses £18, 3 courses £24 #MyStoryWithThisPlace #OC #UK #LondonLife #LondonFoodie #Food #VibeRestaurants #LondonFoodExploration #LondonItalianRestaurants #UK
