London | Sliding Chicken, Mushroom, Sausage, Salted Fish 🔥

After a week of work, I’m tired of other foods. When I came across this hot and spicy fusion Asian cuisine, I was eager to give it a try. 🍲 Flame Claypot Rice 💷 £18.5, The blue flames shoot up high but fade quickly, it’s just a beautiful sight. But when the lid is lifted, the rich aroma of the claypot rice explodes, topped with smooth chicken, small mushrooms, sausages, and salted fish. One stir and the air is filled with the fragrance of sweet soy sauce. 🦀 Classic Chili Crab 💷 £32.8, The flavor is quite good, the sauce is blended with a lot of crab roe, it’s fresh, salty, spicy, and rich. The crab meat is plump and sweet, with crispy, oily buns fried to a soft texture. Dipping them in the crab roe sauce is so delicious, but it’s a bit of a hassle to eat, you have to be careful of the hard shell fragments. 🍗 Charcoal Grilled Chicken Wings 💷 £9.5, My sisters and I were so focused on enjoying the chicken wings that we didn’t even make a sound, just savoring the bones. The chicken skin was grilled to a slight crisp, and when bitten into, chicken juice burst out. The sauce is a bit sticky and sweet-salty, eating it hot is truly amazing. 🦪 I ordered a portion of oyster omelette, which is somewhat related to oyster omelette but not much. It’s to the point where I wouldn’t order it again. 🧋 For drinks, we had Milo Oreo and hand-beaten lemon tea, about 💷 £4.5-5.5 a cup, neither good nor bad. #ShoutingOutLocalCuisine #MyLife #LondonFood #LondonFoodExploration #FlamesOnTheTongue #LondonLife #London #FoodDiary
