The space is bright and clean with fast-casual vibes - those upside-down steamer baskets on the ceiling? Chef's kiss design. Perfect for weekday lunches or cozy weekend bites. Juicy AF with crisp celery bits. My Chengdu-born friend (who never eats dumplings) said: "Best dumplings of my life." EAT THEM HOT - no exceptions! 🦐🥬 Cabbage-Shaped Prawn Dumplings Beauty meets brawn - each bite bursts with whole prawns (not mushy paste!) and fish roe that pops in your mouth. So good it doesn't need soy sauce (which overpowers it). 🥩 Braised Beef Shank The star is the sauce - savory-sweet-spicy glaze that'd make grass taste good. Reminds me of Mr. Li's beef noodles from back home - but better. Protein boost recommended! 🥒 Pickled Cucumbers Not your average pickles - these are Chinese-style, crunchy and lightly salty.
