🍳 Must-Try Brunch in Edmonton | Stunning Window View
❥ After moving to Edmonton, I discovered so many amazing food spots! Today, I’m recommending a must-visit brunch place—seriously, it’s that good! We didn’t make a reservation but joined the Yelp waitlist in advance and only waited about 20 minutes before getting a table. Since we live downtown, we just drove over when we got the notification—perfect timing, haha! ❥ When we arrived, we snagged the only window seat in the restaurant. Though the space was cozy, the view 🖼️ was absolutely breathtaking! The weather was gorgeous, with fresh snow from the night before still on the ground. Sipping a hot latte while watching the bustling intersection outside felt like a scene straight out of Montreal—so dreamy! ❥ The food was fantastic overall, honestly better than some brunch spots in Vancouver! Since Alberta is famous for its beef, we went all-in on beef dishes: 🍳 【Short Ribs Eggs Benedict】 A must-order! The Alberta beef short ribs were so tender and flavorful, served on sourdough bread. The shredded beef soaked into the toast with its rich sauce, and when we cut into the perfectly runny poached egg, it was pure foodie heaven. 🥪 【Pastrami Sando】 This smoked beef sandwich was UNREAL—highly recommend! The pastrami was succulent, perfectly seasoned, and stacked thick between melted cheese and toasted bread. The real star? The whole-grain mustard sauce with its little seeds—spicy, tangy, and the ideal pairing for the salty pastrami. Every bite was pure satisfaction—hands down the best pastrami sandwich I’ve ever had! ❥ Overall experience? 10/10! The food was delicious, service was quick, and the vibe was super chill and cozy. Perfect for a weekend brunch date or a foodie photoshoot with friends! 📍 【PIP】 10403 83 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6E 2C7 #EdmontonEats #EdmontonLife #EdmontonBrunch #YEGFoodie #WeekendVibes
