A Meat Lover's Journey in Sault Ste. Marie 🇨🇦​​ ​​"Big portions, bold flavors, and a few surprises!"​​ 🤠 Today we explored this charming steakhouse in the border town of Sault Ste. Marie, and here's our honest review of the experience: 📍 Location & Vibe 📍 ​​83 Huron St, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A 5P9​​ Located in a picturesque town between two Great Lakes Surprisingly industrial for a lakeside town (more factories than we expected！) Beautiful park nearby... but beware of the abundant goose droppings！ 💩 🥩 The Steak Experience ​​Ordered medium-rare (as any self-respecting steak lover would)...​​ ​​Got medium... then well-done by accident！​​ 😩 ​​Result:​​ Extremely tough chew (like eating leather！) ​​Lesson learned:​​ Always double-check your doneness at border-town steakhouses！ ​​ But the portions? ABSOLUTELY GENEROUS！​​ 💪 ​​47-52CAD gets you a mountain of meat​​ Comes with a ​​full salad​​ (no need to order separate appetizer) ​​Fried calamari appetizer​​ was also huge - easily shareable 🥦 Side Notes ​​Zucchini sides​​ were slightly bitter (possibly overcooked？) ​​Overall flavor was good​​ - just execution issues with the steak 🍷 Wine Bar Addition The wine selection looked impressive (though we were too focused on steak to properly explore！) 🍷 ​​#SaultSteMarieEats #SteakhouseReview #BorderTownDining #CanadianSteak #TheMillSteakhouse #TravelFoodie #MeatLover #GoosePoopAlert #PleinAirDining #TorontoFoodies​​
