π ββToe Dam Korean Fusion BBQββ 8778 Granville St, Vancouver After our weekend badminton session, we met up with our sports buddies for what turned out to be the most epic Korean BBQ experience!! π€© Specifically came for their legendary roast duck - and wow, it DID NOT disappoint!! This hidden gem was discovered by my husband while grocery shopping at the Korean supermarket next door π² Turns out it's a beloved old spot that just reopened - no wonder the weekend crowd was insane!! We called ahead for reservation, but be warned: they only hold your table for 10 minutesβ οΈπ The iPad menu was overwhelmingly good π΅ With too many delicious options, we skipped the Γ la carte and went straight for the ultimate 3-4 person pork & beef combo π₯© Plus added their famous Roasted Duck + seafood scallion pancake special π¦ π¦ ββRoast Duck Experienceββ At first glance, the menu price (~$29CAD) seemed reasonable... until we realized the "pre-roasted" part was just the skin!! π³ The meat was completely raw and needed our own grill skills - talk about interactive dining!! As a self-proclaimed duck meat aficionado, I have to say this was deliciously worth it π The secret? Wrap the crispy duck skin with fresh Chinese chives - heavenly combination!! The skin was unbelievably tender and flavorful π€€ π₯© ββPork & Beef Combo (3-4 people portion)ββ GOOD LORD, the portion size!! π± We got: Thinly sliced marinated beef Premium beef short ribs Thick-cut pork belly Pork skirt meat Beef brisket... Basically every Korean BBQ classic you could imagine!!
