And wow, ​​no regrets!​​ 🍴 ​​Standout Dishes:​​ 🥩 ​​Beef Tartare​​ (15each/45 for 3) – Served on ​​crispy shiso leaves​​, this version is unlike any tartare I've tried! The fried shiso dominates at first, but the ​​silky-smooth beef​​ shines through. A must-try! 🌿🔥 🦑 ​​Grilled Squid​​ – The sauce? ​​Spicy, savory, and weirdly reminiscent of Lao Gan Ma chili crisp​​—in the best way. 🦆 ​​Duck Liver Pâté​​ – Rich, creamy, and paired with crusty bread. ​​Decadence on a plate.​​ 🐄 ​​Veal Tenderloin & Scallops​​ – The veal? ​​Butter-soft.​​ The scallops? ​​Sweet and seared to perfection.​​ And the risotto?
