Suelo: A Hidden Gem for Authentic Spanish Cuisine in Paris 🇪🇸🍷
OMG!!! We accidentally ate at the same restaurant as Chinese tennis star Zheng Qinwen last Tuesday!!! 😱😂 Although we missed her, this place is absolutely worth the hype!!! 🥂 Our Culinary Adventure: After attending an amazing cocktail event at Le Bristol Hotel (stay tuned for that review!), we followed Sonya's recommendation to this stunning Spanish spot in Paris!!! The ambiance was chef's kiss and the food? Next-level delicious!!! 🍽️ Must-Try Dishes: 1️⃣ Jamon Cinco Jotas Bellota (€45) Premium Iberian ham with almond accompaniments Perfectly balanced saltiness - not overpowering at all The bread pairing was crispy perfection 2️⃣ Seafood Orzo Pasta (€32) Best value on the menu!!! Generous portion for 2 girls to share (or 1 very hungry girl 😋) Briny seafood in a creamy orzo broth - irresistible 🍨 Dessert Highlights: 1️⃣ Lemon Sorbet (€12) Gorgeous presentation with yuzu notes Refreshing without being too tart Worth it just for this!!! 2️⃣ Pistachio Ice Cream Theatrical presentation (like Peking duck carving!) Flavor was good but... Industrial pistachio taste (had almond notes - odd??) 💫 Why We Loved It: Chill vibe with comfortable seating Beautiful color scheme in both decor and tableware Attentive service despite our late arrival (we were starving after the cocktail party!) ⚠️ Small disappointment: Wanted to try their Spanish peppers but kitchen had closed at 11PM+ 😔 📍 Location Info: Suelo 7 Rue du Boccador, 75008 Paris Perfect for a post-shopping dinner in the Golden Triangle!!! #ParisFoodie #SpanishGastronomy #LeBristolParis #DiningInParis #HiddenGem #FoodieAdventures #SueloParis #TapasLove #ParisEats
