I just have to take a moment to praise Jennifer – she was absolutely fantastic! ✨ From the moment we sat down, her warmth and expertise shone through. She recommended the most amazing drinks, a show-stopping main course, and a dessert that left us smiling for hours. She truly made our dining experience joyful and memorable! 🍸🍖🍰 We visited Cake and Bubbles and overall, had a lovely time! The concept is fun and chic – perfect for a casual celebration or a sweet treat. That said, I’d love to see a bit more variety in the menu, especially when it comes to vegetable-based options. For example, adding jackfruit to the tuna tacos or club sandwich would be a delicious and modern twist! 🌿🍍 Just a friendly suggestion – thank you! I also want to give a huge thank you to Ricardo, Sam, and Michelle – their customer service was a perfect 10/10! 🙌 Ricardo, thank you for listening so patiently and offering solutions without hesitation. You made us feel heard and valued. Sam, your insights about the hotel facilities were incredibly helpful and delivered with such professionalism. Michelle, your warm smile and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. You have a natural gift for making people feel special! 💖 On a less positive note, I did have one disappointing interaction with a staff member whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. Her impatient attitude came across as unnecessarily rude and stood in stark contrast to the kindness of the rest of the team. It’s a reminder that one negative moment can easily overshadow an otherwise wonderful visit.
