「Food」Fine Dining at the Four Seasons Resort in Santa Fe 🌵🍽️
Santa Fe isn’t just the art and cultural capital of New Mexico—it’s also a fantastic food destination! 👨🍳 Restaurant: Terra 📍 Address: Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe (located within the resort, a 20-minute drive from downtown Santa Fe) 🅿️ Parking: Complimentary parking available throughout the resort. 💸 Price: Around $50 per person. 🤩 Ambience: As you’d expect from Four Seasons, the dining experience is luxurious and thoughtfully designed. The restaurant is adorned with beautiful artworks (perfect for Santa Fe’s artistic vibe!), and the large windows offer stunning views of the desert landscape. 🏜️✨ For an extra touch of romance, visit during sunset—it’s absolutely magical! 💖 😋 What We Tried: \- Hearty Chile and Chicken Soup: Too salty and spicy—not sure if it was a mishap or intentional, but we wouldn’t recommend it. Rating: ⭐ \- Watermelon Cucumber Gazpacho: A refreshing chilled soup with a tomato base, infused with cucumber freshness and a hint of watermelon sweetness. So appetizing! 🥒🍉 Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ \- Seared Pacific White Seabass: Tender, non-fishy, and perfectly paired with a special tomato sauce. Delicate and flavorful! 🐟 Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ \- Seafood Paella: Authentic Spanish paella loaded with shrimp, seabass, clams, and more. Incredibly aromatic and absolutely worth trying! 🥘🦐 Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ \- Rosemary Olive Oil Cake: Complimentary for a birthday celebration (thank you, OpenTable note!). The cake was just okay, but the apricot inside was tasty. Rating: ⭐⭐ A beautiful setting with mostly standout dishes—perfect for a special occasion or treat-yourself moment! #SantaFeEats #FourSeasons #LuxuryDining #NewMexicoCuisine #DesertViews #FineDining #FoodReview #TravelInStyle #GourmetExperience #ArtAndFood #SunsetDinner #SpecialOccasion #ResortLife #FoodieGram #TerraRestaurant
