【Explore】Granville Island & Sunset Beach

📍 Address: 1669 Johnston St, Vancouver BC V6H 3R9, Canada 🚗🚢 How to Get There Granville Island is a peninsula—you can get there by car, on foot, or by ferry! We arrived by land and left by ferry, which was such a fun way to switch things up. Ferries from the island go to spots like Sunset Beach, Kitsilano Beach, and Yale Town. Ticket prices vary depending on distance and travel time, so you can pick the route that fits your plan. 🌟 Granville Island Highlights As soon as we stepped onto the island, we stumbled on an outdoor flamenco show—think Spanish-style dances and songs 🎵! The exotic vibe was so lively, we stopped to watch for a while. Besides enjoying the ocean views (so pretty!), the island is filled with cute little shops. But the must-visit is the Public Market—it’s packed with delicious snacks! I grabbed a donut and a soufflé, and both were totally worth it. The island itself isn’t huge—you can walk around and see most things in about an hour. 🌅 Sunset Beach (English Bay) We took the False Creek Ferry from the island to Sunset Beach—it only cost 4 CAD! This spot is perfect for watching the sunset—sky turns all warm orange and pink, super romantic. If you keep walking, you’ll reach Stanley Park too—so you can easily combine both spots into one fun day trip. #VancouverTravel #GranvilleIsland #VancouverGranvilleIsland #GranvilleIslandMarket #GermanSausage #GermanBurger #GermanBeer #WeekendExploration #FoodTours #ValentinesDayDateSpots
