【Los Angeles】Sushi Yuen - An Unforgettable Omakase Experience! 🍣✨

Originally planned to book a truffle-themed omakase last week, but found it fully booked just days in advance 😢… So we made a last-minute decision to try Sushi Yuen—and what a wonderful surprise! We managed to get a 5:00 PM slot (the only available time 🕔). The chef (who seemed to be Korean) demonstrated incredible skill in handling the ingredients 👨🍳🎌. All 21 courses were exceptional—not a single miss! The sushi rice was perfectly seasoned, complementing the fish beautifully. Priced at 280 per person (excluding tax, tip, and drinks), our total for two came to around 750-$800. A bit on the higher side, but absolutely worth it for the quality and experience! 💎💸 Highlights included: • Amazing uni (sea urchin) that melted in your mouth 🌊 • Perfectly balanced flavors in every piece • Elegant and intimate setting 🎍 #Omakase #JapaneseCuisine #Sushi #LosAngelesFood #LAEats #UniLover #FoodieReview #PremiumDining #ChefsTable #KoreanChef #SushiYuen #LuxuryDining #FoodExperience #21Courses #WorthThePrice #HiddenGem #LARestaurants #FineDining #MustTry
