🍽️ Adele’s Nashville | Sister Restaurant to NYC’s Barbuto

Located in the Gulch, this spot by Chef Jonathan Waxman is a local favorite—even celebrities drop by! As the sister restaurant to Barbuto, it offers some of the same iconic dishes at a slightly lower price. Since I’d already tried the famous roast chicken and kale salad at Barbuto, I skipped them this time—but I could see them grilling chicken over open flames in the open kitchen! 🔥🍗 🌟 Highlights: Cauliflower Salad: A surprise hit! Shaved thin with a sweet-tangy (not salty!) dressing. Plump raisins added natural sweetness. Huge portion—would make any work lunch amazing! 🥗💫 Steak: Cooked perfectly 👌, served with burst-in-your-mouth roasted tomatoes (maybe a few too many, but still delicious!). 🥩🍅 😐 Just Okay: Meatball: A bit dry and salty, but the polenta underneath was good. Smoked Salmon Bruschetta: Salmon was spreadable—interesting, but a tad salty even with bread and radish. Shishito Peppers: Huge portion, topped with bonito flakes & sauce. Purists might say less is more—well-charred peppers alone would shine better. 🌶️😵 Trout: Fish was tender with crispy skin, but… salty! Served with tasty fried chips, but Brussels sprouts were burnt and too sour. 🍧 Dessert: Prickly pear sorbet—smooth but a bit sweet. They rotate flavors often. 💵 Price: Around $75 per person 🏙️ Vibe: Spacious, great for groups. Sit near the bar for sports, or by the kitchen for cooking action! 🗣️ Verdict: Solid if you’re nearby—cauliflower salad, kale salad, roast chicken, and steak are wins.
