πŸ›οΈ Beautiful Hotel, Inconsistent Service | The Roosevelt Review

I booked a 2-night stay using points at The Roosevelt Hotel. Let’s start with the positives – architecturally, it’s a stunning property 🏰✨. The amenities are great, our room was spacious, and it included tea and coffee facilities – everything met our expectations βœ…πŸ›οΈ. As a Hilton Honors Gold member, we received a $50 credit per night, which basically covered our breakfast at the hotel – a nice perk! πŸ₯πŸ’³ The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from the French Quarter entrance πŸšΆβ™€οΈπŸŽ·. Yes, Canal Street can be noisy at night, but that’s expected in the heart of the city πŸŒƒπŸ“’. Now for the downsides – there were a few. We were told umbrellas would be available in the room (important since it poured during our stay 🌧️), but there were none when we arrived πŸ˜•. Our check-in experience felt a bit off – while most staff were lovely, the lady who checked us in seemed new and the process was somewhat confusing and lengthy 🧐⏳. Also, when we arrived around 8:30 PM from the airport, no one offered to help with our luggage up the stairs – pretty surprising for a hotel of this caliber 🧳🚫. #TheRooseveltNOLA #MixedExperience #HiltonHonors #BeautifulBut #ServiceSlip #GoldPerk #FrenchQuarterAccess #HotelReview
