🐦‍⬛🐦‍⬛🐦‍⬛ Highly recommend visiting the University Museum of Bergen if you're into museums! Located at the heart of the University of Bergen campus, it's divided into two parts: the Natural History Museum and the Cultural History Museum. Even a quick visit takes about 2-3 hours, and it's totally worth it! The Natural History Museum is divided into three sections: Botany, Geology, and Zoology. 🌿 Botany There's an extensive collection of plant specimens, meticulously categorized. 🌋 Geology The exhibition features samples from all around the world, with the opportunity to observe them under a microscope. There's also an interactive exhibition on the geological evolution of the Earth. 🐘 Zoology There are numerous animal specimens. Hanging from the ceiling is a massive whale skeleton, which is quite awe-inspiring in person. I even asked the staff if it was fake, haha, and they assured me it's all authentic. The Cultural History Museum is divided into several sections including Archaeology, Anthropology, Art, and Cultural Studies. 👨‍🏫 During the visit, I encountered a teacher leading a group of children to see the specimens, and I was so envious of the kids today. 💰 Admission: 50 Kroner #SeeTheWorldToUnderstandTheWorld #Nordic #CulturalAttractions #Norway #MuseumVisit
