🍽️ Denver Food Guide | Korean Restaurant Round-Up! πŸ₯’

While Chinese food in Colorado can be hit or miss, the Korean food scene here is a delicious surprise! Many of the best spots are concentrated along Havana Street in Aurora β€” a must-visit for any Korean food lover. 🎈 Mr. Tang A cozy soup spot serving a variety of beef-based soups β€” from classic beef bone broth to rich ox tail and tendon soup. Their ginseng chicken soup is traditional and comforting, and their cheesy braised beef short ribs are a standout β€” very much like LA's famous Sun Nong Dan! 🎈 Silla Restaurant One of Colorado’s oldest Korean restaurants! Great value BBQ β€” generous portions and solid quality. Their spicy tofu soup, seafood pancake, and beef bone soup are all hearty and satisfying. You really can’t go wrong here.πŸ™Œ 🎈 Tofu House 1962 Specializing in soft tofu stew β€” perfect for a warm bowl on a cold day. Portions are smaller compared to Silla, but the flavors are clean and comforting. 🎈 Thank Sool Pocha A popular Korean pub open until 2 AM! Must-tries: honey garlic chicken wings, spicy braised chicken feet, and grilled intestines. A great late-night hangout. 🎈 Funny Plus Another pocha spot right next to H-Mart in Aurora. A reliable choice for Korean drinking snacks and a lively atmosphere.😊 🎈 Seoul Korean BBQ & Hot Pot Arguably the most famous Korean BBQ in Colorado. High-quality meat and authentic flavors. The Aurora location also offers Korean-style hot pot. 🎈 DaeGee A popular Korean BBQ chain with multiple locations in Denver. All-you-can-eat style β€” a hit with American audiences and featured on the Food Channel. 🎈 Youg Gung A hidden gem! Arguably the best jajangmyeon (black bean noodles) in Colorado β€” chewy noodles and rich, savory sauce. 🎈 B.B.Q Chicken A global chain with over 5,000 locations. Their Spicy Golden Original wings are a must β€” reminiscent of McDonald’s spicy wings in China! 🎈 Bonchon Another well-known fried chicken chain. Solid, but in our opinion, not quite as tasty as B.B.Q Chicken.πŸ’•πŸ‘ 🎈 Vons Chicken A Korean fried chicken chain where the fried chicken is just okay, but their grilled chicken wings are worth trying.πŸ˜’πŸ˜ 🎈 Mono Mono Located in downtown Denver β€” their fried chicken legs are crispy and delicious. The rest of the menu is pretty good, too! 🎈 Seoul Mandoo Highly recommended! A Korean dumpling spot with wrappers that taste just like Northern Chinese-style dumplings.😘 #DenverEats #KoreanFood #AuroraEats #BBQChicken #ComfortFood #ColoradoFoodie
