A cozy restaurant with a wide selection of authentic and hard to find Korean soups,, including nostalgic Seol Leong Tang (from ox leg bone with slices of beef brisket), Samgye Tang (ginseng chicken soup), beef cheek soup, ox tail soup, ox knee soup, beef brisket mushroom soup, beef short rib soup, blood sausage soup and beef cabbage soup with ox blood. Tang means soup in Korean, so the restaurant is the known for its soups. After eating cold noodles, I was still hungry and we ordered sullungtang for add-on explained we both are still hungry and will share. Our server kindly brought the dish with extra sauces (normally the meat's sweet spicy soy sauce with jalopeno is only one for one order), that's above and beyond thoughtful service and I'm very impressed of such a service in these...
