🍽️ Eating in Vegas | The Ultimate Dinner Experience!

You haven’t truly experienced Vegas until you’ve tried its world-class Western cuisine. Vegas gathers top chefs from around the globe, especially for Western food that’s hard to replicate elsewhere. We had dinner at Caramà by Wolfgang Puck 📍 3950 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89119 Located inside the Mandalay Bay Hotel where we stayed — it’s the first restaurant on the right after self-parking. Super easy to find! The restaurant is spacious, but we chose to sit outside — highly recommended if you have kids. It’s brighter, more airy, and the passing crowds keep them entertained 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 👧 Kid’s Pick: Rigatoni Bolognese The thick pasta tubes were perfectly chewy, and the meat sauce was rich but not salty — a comforting, homestyle flavor that felt like a warm hug from an Italian kitchen. Our kid loved it! 👩 My Pick: Prime Beef Tenderloin (Medium) I don’t eat fatty or gristly meat, so tenderloin is my go-to. Cooked medium, it was incredibly juicy and tender — not dry at all. The whole family adored this steak. The natural flavor was even better than with sauce — just a touch of salt, pepper, a lightly charred surface, and those rich juices… absolutely divine! No off flavors whatsoever. 👨 Hubby’s Pick: Maine Lobster Risotto The rice was cooked to a perfect al dente, and the lobster was expertly prepared — tender, sweet, and without a hint of fishiness. Paired with a delicate yet flavorful sauce, it was a knockout… though honestly, the pasta and steak were so outstanding, the risotto almost paled in comparison 😅 🎖️ Verdict: This is hands-down the BEST restaurant I’ve eaten at in all my years visiting Vegas! The chef has won numerous awards, and it shows. A must-visit in Vegas! ⭐ 🏎️ F1 Experience – A Total Mess 😤 This was my first time attending the F1 race in Vegas live. We left our hotel at 1:40 PM and didn’t find the correct entrance until almost 6 PM — walking for over 2 hours in between! The event planning, guidance, and on-site experience were extremely poor 👎 E-tickets only listed one address, but different zones had different entrances with no specific details. No clear signs, no internal shuttle — just endless walking around the blocked-off Strip. Our two young kids were absolute troopers — no complaints, just occasionally asking to be carried while trudging along. Thankfully, we managed to grab an Uber midway, which saved us 40 minutes of walking — but even then, we still had a long walk from the drop-off. ⚠️ Heads up for those with Flamingo Zone tickets in the coming days: Skip driving! Take the monorail and get off at LINQ Station — you’ll get in much faster. The organizers’ incompetence was unacceptable. We won’t be returning! 🎡 Other Highlights We visited Omega Mart at AREA15 in the morning — highly recommended! A beautiful and fascinating immersive art experience 🎨🔍 #VegasGuide #VegasEats #VegasWithKids #F1Fail #FoodieWin #WolfgangPuck #OmegaMart 🍝
