Dining at a restaurant in the Dorchester Hotel next to Hyde Park - The Grill by Tom Booton I chose the set menu and added two sides, each dish was a delightful and creative British cuisine. For British food, it's quite a pleasant surprise. The service is at the level of a 5-star hotel, and the environment is dominated by gold tones, exuding a vintage old money vibe 🤌. Starter: Mussels, Parsley, Lemon, Garlic Toast 💛 Main: Salmon Sashimi Dessert: Strawberry Trifle with custard ice cream / Warm Cheese Tart, apple & cider chutney 🧡 Both desserts are incredibly tasty and not overly sweet. I prefer the one with apple slices, which is quite unique. However, the trifle, served in a champagne flute, is really adorable in its presentation.
