🍽️ Gallier's Restaurant & Oyster in New Orleans
The most important thing to do in New Orleans is… Eat oysters!!! 🦪 This place has really high ratings on Google, so we showed up around 5 PM. Good thing we came early— by the time we finished, there was already a huge line outside! 🏃♂️💨 Star of the Show: Oysters So incredibly fresh! Paired with their mustard sauce and hot sauce— an absolute perfect match! 🔥 Their mustard sauce is different from others, not too sharp or overpowering. I’m totally obsessed! 💛 Another Specialty: Fried Alligator Bites Yes, alligator meat! 🐊 But honestly… It tastes pretty much like chicken— tender and mild. Maybe my taste buds aren’t refined enough to tell the difference 🫠 Lastly, we ordered a main course: Seafood Pasta Creamy white sauce, rich and flavorful, loaded with crab meat and shrimp. Absolutely delicious! 🍝🦀🍤 If you’re not into raw oysters, their other seafood is super fresh too! The staff here are also super friendly— they chatted with us and even said, “You’ve ordered too much, you won’t finish all that!” and asked us to think twice 😂❤️ 📍 129 Carondelet St, New Orleans, LA 70130 Have you ever tried alligator?
