🍽️ Girl&theGoat | Long-Awaited Goose Liver Paste!!

🌟This place is the kind of restaurant that always surprises you with unexpected flavors. As my friend put it, "The difference between the first and second bite is just too much." There's always this feeling of, "Hmm, I didn't quite get it, let me have another bite, and suddenly it clicks." It's perfect for diners who frequent restaurants and are looking to experience new and exciting textures and flavors. Hence, the polarized praise and criticism it receives. 🌟I personally love the tangy, spicy, sweet, and savory flavors, haha. I had it once in Chicago years ago and have been reminiscing about it ever since. As soon as the LA branch opened, I went right away. This week, I remembered it had been a while and had it again. It's a great pity that they no longer serve the whole roasted fish. Such an amazing flavor profile, and they stopped making it! I have to say, the appetizers are more impressive than the main dishes. The goose liver paste with bread is just too delicious, sticky and moist with a lot of bite. Grilled corn is a must-order for me every time. The tomato salad this time truly amazed me. I'm usually average about tomatoes, but this time, I devoured them. The grilled pork and fish are both good, with a consistent texture, but as a comrade mentioned, after a while, the main courses start to feel similar in flavor, lacking that novelty. I personally think this restaurant is best suited for groups of 3-4 people. The taste experience will be maximized, and you won't feel repetitive. #OverseasLife #LosAngelesFoodGuide #fyp #CreativeDishes #AtmosphereRestaurant #DateNightRestaurant #LAFoodAdventure #HiddenGemOnMustEatList #GooseLiverPaste #FoodDaily
