Michelin Star Hunting Diary
The Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura, which is one of the only four Gucci Michelin one-star restaurants in the worldπ, is located in Beverly Hills. There are only Gucci restaurants in Florence, Tokyo, Seoul and Los Angeles in the whole world, and it has been awarded the Michelin one-star for several consecutive years. π From the decoration and atmosphere to the dishes and the tableware and plates used, everything is extremely exquisite and beautiful. It's really photogenic for taking pictures and checking in, and also very suitable for a date. π As for the taste of the dishes, I think it's still worth coming to try. There are quite a few dishes that are really delicious! We ordered the set meal which costs $195 per person (there's also an Γ la carte menu). π The content is roughly as follows: Among the four appetizer bites, the jelly chicken liver mousse was quite good and tasted nice. π The sesame bagel with a huge amount of caviar, paired with pears and cream cheese was really to my liking. π The bread and shortbread that came with it were just ordinary, but the butter with a bee pattern was really cute. π The sour lemongrass and corn paste with a crispy texture was a bit hard for me to understand the taste. π The risotto was especially beautiful like a work of art and also tasted delicious. It had a rich tomato flavor and the rice grains were cooked to a perfect texture. Mixing it all together was just amazing! It was my favorite dish! π The steak for the main course was very tender and paired with a homemade lighter version of honey mustard sauce. π The dish made of five kinds of cheese with a texture like steamed eggs and topped with a piece of cheese cracker was just okay. π For the dessert part (all were excellent): The strawberry ice cream mochi was paired with a glass of strawberry cocktail. π The Italian ice cream chocolate roll given at the end had a crispy biscuit roll shell covered with crushed nuts. π We also ordered some extras: The signature pink cocktail with a smoky flavor was really delicious. π The cappuccino was nice and the cup was really beautiful. π The mini hamburger was super cute and tasted okay. π The super thick-cut fries paired with mayonnaise were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. This was really worth it! π The Affogato ice cream coffee was also really liked by me. π (After having this meal, I was really stuffed!) π #100RestaurantsExplorationPlan #MichelinRestaurantExploration #DateRestaurant #FrenchCuisine #AtmosphereRestaurant #GlobalFoodieTeam #RestaurantRecommendation #LAFood #LosAngelesFood #MichelinOneStar
