🍽️ Nashville Food Review | Gray & Dudley
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Flavor | ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service | ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Atmosphere Located inside the stylish 21c Museum Hotel, this restaurant blends art and dining seamlessly 🎨✨. The space is filled with contemporary sculptures and paintings — including the hotel’s iconic blue penguin, which kept us company throughout the meal! 🐧 🫓 Three Dips with Skillet Bread & Chips We chose three dips from five options: Pimento Cheese Liver Mousse (topped with bacon jam — rich and savory!) Eggplant (garlicky and smooth, even for eggplant skeptics — no bitter seeds or bell pepper aftertaste!) The warm skillet bread was the star — we even asked for more! Would skip the chips next time and just enjoy the bread. 🍖 Smoked Pork Belly The server kindly asked if we wanted to split the dish — it arrived pre-plated for two (photo shows half portion!). The smoke was subtle, and the pork was tender without any gaminess. Served with lemon-marinated roasted cabbage and mustard sauce — a refreshing contrast! 🥗 Salad with Lemon Aioli Bright, tangy, and well-dressed — pictured portion is also half. A light and tasty side! 🍸 Cocktails: Ampersand: A floral, butterfly-pea-infused gin tonic 💖🍸 — pretty and refreshing! Iris: Vodka-based with Crème de Violette — strong but smooth. Perfect if you like floral, spirit-forward drinks. 🛎️ Service was exceptional — our server was attentive, replaced cutlery between courses, and kept the table clean. The atmosphere is chic and cultural — 21c hosts rotating art exhibitions, so you dine surrounded by inspiring works 🖼️. Don’t miss the bathrooms — the lighting and decor are an experience themselves! 💡🚪 📌 Note: Gray & Dudley serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with different menus.
