🍽️🗼 Paris Dining Experience: Restaurant ERH

Just started making restaurant reservations in Paris 📅 and was hoping to go to Le Gabriel, but it was fully booked. There's a real abundance of Japanese-French fusion cuisine, which shows how much the French love Japanese culinary styles 🙃. Haven't seen much Sino-French fusion, though. I made a reservation the night before and went to dine directly. 🍣 We added the chef's recommendation for an extra 25 euros per person, which included oysters with Wagyu beef, but it didn't leave a strong impression. The dessert was slightly more memorable, featuring oolong cream with Sichuan pepper and peach flavors, and a fusion of pearls. 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳 It was an average experience with good service.
