🍽️🌟 Paris Shop Discovery: Exceptional Value French Cuisine

No exaggeration, this is the best French meal I've had recently, and it's not yet widely known. For 65 euros a set menu, all the dishes are exceptionally creative while maintaining the essence of traditional French cuisine. 🏠 The restaurant is quite small, and the owner seems to be Japanese? For friends who enjoy drinking, their wine list is highly recommended. The restaurant is filled with French patrons dining and savoring wines. 👍 Every dish I ordered was delicious: Appetizer: Tartare de veau et gambas, not fishy at all, and the mushrooms added a special aroma. Main Course: Bar sauvage, the fish was tender with a crispy skin, and the ingredients were incredibly fresh. Dessert: Figues rotie, my highest praise for a dessert is that it's not overly sweet, haha, very refreshing.
