🏙️ Prime Location in Downtown New Orleans!

Although this hotel has a bit of a vintage feel and is undergoing some upgrades (none of which disrupted our stay), its location right in the heart of Canal Street is absolutely unbeatable! 🚎🎭 We loved being steps away from iconic streetcars, which shuttled back and forth right outside the front door—making it super easy to explore the French Quarter, the Garden District, and other must-see spots. The staff here were consistently helpful, warm, and full of Southern charm—always ready with a smile or local recommendation. 😊🤝 One thing to note: we never made it to the hotel bar, as it didn’t seem to be open during our stay. But with so many incredible restaurants, jazz clubs, and cocktail lounges just a short walk or streetcar ride away, we didn’t mind one bit! 🍹🎶 If you’re looking for an affordable, well-located base for exploring New Orleans—with friendly service and that authentic historic vibe—this is a solid choice.
