Last fall break, I took a perfect little Amtrak adventure to Providence—here's how it went! 🚂 Itinerary 10:40 AM - Departed New Haven (Amtrak) 12:40 PM - Arrived @ Providence Station 📍 Stops 1️⃣ Walked 15 mins to Brown University (uphill but scenic!) 🏛️ 2️⃣ Brown Bookstore - Cutest Ivy League merch! 🎒✨ 3️⃣ Ceremony Coffee - Black sesame latte dreams come true! ☕🖤 4️⃣ Den Den Fried Chicken - Solid Korean fried chicken (no tip needed!) 🍗 5️⃣-1️⃣1️⃣ Nostalgia Antiques & Collectibles - Huge vintage shop, scored a cool earring! 💎 (Note: Most antique shops open Fri-Sun—weekdays = risky!) 1️⃣3️⃣-1️⃣4️⃣ Gallery Belleau - Tiny glass art store, so pretty! 🪞 1️⃣5️⃣ Wickenden St → Hope St → Waterfront - Crossed a bridge to a grassy riverside spot—gorgeous views! 🌉🌿 1️⃣6️⃣ Dinner @ Jahunger - Lamb naan = 👍, Xinjiang noodles = meh. 🥘 1️⃣7️⃣ Pastiche Fine Desserts - Pre-ordered a WHOLE fruit tart! 🍓🥧 (Slices still available at 7PM, but go early to be safe!) 🚖 Quick cab to station → Home by night! #RhodeIsland #CarFreeTravel #PasticheFruitTart #BrownUniversity #NewHavenDayTrip 🚆✨
