🏔️ Salt Lake City | Skiers Can Enjoy Fine Dining Too 🍷

🙌 Came to Salt Lake City for Valentine’s Day this year! Finally tried that gorgeous restaurant I’ve been eyeing — they only set the chef’s menu weekly, so it felt like opening a mystery box 😄. The Valentine’s Day special menu was absolutely delicious! 🌀 Brioche Scone What a stunning starter! The soft, cloud-like texture of brioche meets scone — so buttery and tender inside, perfectly moist and rich. 🌀 Chilled Shellfish Tart Fresh, tender shellfish served chilled over a crisp tart shell — refreshing and delicate. 🌀 Last Year’s Cherries, Red Miso, & Lamb Yogurt Emulsion Dried and pickled cherries paired with red miso — a unique salty-umami combo layered with thick yogurt. Interesting and complex! 🌀 Pekin Duck Tataki My most anticipated main! Called “Pekin duck” but prepared Japanese-style — seared to lock in all the juices, every bite was bursting with flavor 🦆💦. 🌀 Caramelized Grand Banks Monkfish Beautiful caramelized crust on the outside, crispy and slightly sweet, while inside the fish stayed tender and flaky. 🌀 Spruce Tip & Togarashi Crusted Prime Strip The prime strip literally melted in the mouth — so tender, with a fresh spruce tip crust that added a lovely aromatic touch. Delicious surprise! 🌀 Walnut, Nashi Pear, 8 Dark Chocolate Torte A rich dark chocolate cake to end — bittersweet and decadent.
