⛰️ The view from the top of Diamond Head is absolutely breathtaking!

Today, I was feeling lazy and didn’t want to leave the hotel because of the heat, but I had booked tickets for Diamond Head the day before, so I thought I’d better go. I took a taxi 🚗 and set the destination to Kahala Lookout (after going through the tunnel, you’ll reach the ticket entrance). The Uber driver we met was very nice and dropped us off right at the ticket entrance. I recommend booking your tickets two days in advance and opting for a 3-4 pm slot. The view is even more beautiful in the late afternoon, plus it’s not as sunny. The trail is actually quite easy; it takes about 40 minutes one way, so I highly recommend everyone to come and hike it. On the way up, you’ll encounter several lookouts, and the scenery gets better and better the higher you go. Standing on the summit, you really feel the accomplishment of “looking down on all mountains from the top.” Hawaii is so beautiful, I’m tired of saying it 😭 Diamond Head is close to Jennie’s favorite Kāhala Beach 🏖️, so you can visit both places while you’re at it. It’s just a few minutes away by taxi.
