🌊 Four Seasons on Lana’i 🌴

Lana’i, an island 98% owned by the Oracle boss, is a unique gem. There’s only one Four Seasons on the island, which is divided into two locations: the beachside Four Seasons (all ages) and the Sensei Lana’i Retreat up in the mountains. Both properties share activities and amenities. 🏖️🌄 The hotel offers a chartered flight service from Oahu, which requires advance booking by calling and filling out an information form. Arriving in Honolulu in the evening, I took the Four Seasons’ small plane to Lana’i and witnessed the unparalleled beauty of the Hawaiian starry sky. 🌌 The clarity, vastness, and endless twinkling stars in the cosmos were simply mesmerizing. ✨ At Sensei, I indulged in three meals a day at Nobu, which was far superior to the LA experience. The Onsen Garden has a dozen small hot springs, nestled among tropical plants and stone steps, open 24 hours with great privacy. 🍃🛀 The entire resort is incredibly peaceful and relaxing, allowing the mind and body to find tranquility. 🎋 The experience is unparalleled; it’s a resort that heals both body and soul. It’s like a massive botanical garden gently embracing everyone who stays. 🌿 The hotel offers a plethora of activities: horseback riding, meditation 🧘, spa treatments, golf with breathtaking views, sunset sailing, and snorkeling. Each experience is thoughtfully crafted, although the sea activities can be a bit dizzying for some. ⛵️ There are many retired grandparents at the hotel, away from the hustle and bustle of Oahu.
