๐Ÿ›๏ธ Tokyo Shopping Guide - Harajuku Edition ๐ŸŽ€

๐Ÿ›๏ธ๐ŸŽ€Harajuku is my favorite shopping district in Tokyo, hands down. Here's why: ๐Ÿ›๏ธ๐ŸŽ€Vintage Shops: Harajuku boasts a greater variety of vintage shops compared to Shinjuku and Shibuya. While Shinjuku has fewer options and Shibuya leans towards high-end vintage, Harajuku offers the best fit for my taste. ๐Ÿ›๏ธ๐ŸŽ€Forest Girl, Soft Girl, and Style: I personally love the forest girl, soft girl, and playful styles, and Laforet Harajuku satisfies all my fantasies for these fashion trends. ๐Ÿ›๏ธ๐ŸŽ€Access to Harajuku:๐Ÿ• ๐Ÿ›๏ธ๐ŸŽ€There are two stations that can take you to Harajuku. If you get off at Omotesando Station, the suggested route is Omotesando -> Laforet -> Takeshita Street. If you get off at Harajuku Station, the suggested route is Takeshita Street -> Laforet -> Omotesando. ๐Ÿ”๐ŸŸ ๐Ÿ›๏ธ๐ŸŽ€Omotesando: ๐Ÿ›๏ธ๐ŸŽ€Known as the "Oriental Champs-ร‰lysรฉes," Omotesando is lined with zelkova trees and is home to various luxury brand stores. Each luxury brand has its own building with a strong sense of architectural design, making it a must-visit for photography enthusiasts. ๐Ÿ”๐ŸŸLaforet Harajuku: ๐Ÿ”๐ŸŸ ๐Ÿ”๐ŸŸWith 13 floors, Laforet Harajuku offers a comprehensive range of brands, mostly Japanese domestic ones. The clothing in this building truly represents Harajuku style, with lolita, soft girl, dark, and various other styles available. No matter what style you prefer, each floor is beautifully curated, and you'll definitely regret not visiting. ๐Ÿ”๐ŸŸ Takeshita Street: ๐Ÿ”๐ŸŸ ๐Ÿ”๐ŸŸMy favorite pedestrian street, Takeshita Street, is filled with many forest-style, soft girl, and punk-style women's clothing stores at relatively affordable prices. Additionally, the vintage shops here are great to explore. My favorite shop, Panama Boy, is located here, and the popular vintage store KINJI also has a branch here. ๐Ÿ”๐ŸŸ ๐Ÿ”๐ŸŸUra-Harajuku: ๐Ÿ”๐ŸŸIf you've finished exploring the above three areas, you can also check out Ura-Harajuku, which is mostly filled with trendy brands. I think there are also many great shops in the alleys near Laforet, so it's best to do some research on the shops beforehand and target your shopping. ๐Ÿ”๐ŸŸ #Harajukustyling #Harajuku #LaforetHarajuku #TakeshitaStreet
