⌚Visiting time: We visited it on a Monday afternoon. It was decently crowded at around noon, but became more crowded afterwards (~2pm). The street itself you can walk through in 1-2 hours, but with its plentiful side streets you can spend nearby half or a whole day!
🛍️Shopping: There are many clothing and accessory shops there, with a great variety of unique items (from bright ruffly dresses to graphic tees to patchwork jeans to racer jackets). I would say the items are slightly more expensive and less unique than some neighbouring side streets, but they are still worth a visit.
🍜Food: It has relatively few restaurants and food stores compared to clothing stores, with a few noodle restaurants and cafés. However, it does have many crepe stores, which often have long lines in front of them.

Thing is that it gets pretty crowded and you’ll see a great deal of other foreigners there too. Also like every tourist destination you need SCHMONEY so if you’re coming here for affordable cozy cafes or street foods this isn’t the place because the otter cafe for example charged an arm and a leg to just go into some dungeon underground to look at them for like 30 minutes (you may have been able to pet them but it’s been a while) but you may be able to make that money back by posting of video of you cheese pulling the 10 yen coin or eating the giant rainbow cotton candy with an AI voice saying “JAPAN IS LIVING IN YEAR 3490.” I was also disappointed that the street was so short but it was fun.
