If I had another day to explore Daikanyama and Meguro, how would I plan it? I want to share that when traveling in Tokyo, you must set aside a day to take a city walk in Daikanyama and Meguro. On a sunny day, strolling through the streets of Daikanyama is truly a feeling like no other. But this is the reflection edition because I didn't get the best of both worlds π. When I went, I only had half a day and it was overcast. In the morning, the streets were mostly empty, and shops generally don't open until 10/11 am. The whole district was particularly quiet. But Daikanyama on a rainy, cloudy day has its own unique charm. βοΈ If you have time in Tokyo, consider this route for a city walk: 1οΈβ£ Meguro β Daikanyama β Shibuya β Omotesando β Minamiaoyama β Nezu Museum β Roppongi πΆ For a detailed route, you can: Take the subway to Ebisu Station. Walk to Daikanyama. Along the way, there are many fashionable boutiques and a Tsutaya bookstore (very conspicuous). Then walk to Meguro (take photos with the green railings). Take the subway to Shibuya (if time allows, see the sunset at Shibuya Sky). The busiest pedestrian crossing in the world. Walk to Omotesando. A variety of brand boutiques are too good to shopο½ Walk to Nezu Museum.
