Very disappointed with the service. The same server gave the table next to us much better and kinder service. You might be able to get away with that if the tables aren’t close together. I’m guessing the other table was spending more money? I really didn’t appreciate the way we were treated. The manager or host working the podium was very nice to us though. On the plus side the food came out very fast and was all delicious. I strongly recommend the Truffle Duck. Be wary desserts don’t have prices and are all ~$15 and are small. Feels like they are trying to trick you. $13 for one scoop of tempura ice cream is a bit crazy. However with better communication I would not have minded the price. They also need to thaw the Heart Cake before they serve it - it was completely frozen and impossible to eat with a fork or spoon. The mango dessert was delicious. I most likely won’t return due to the service.

I love this place, the atmosphere is relazing and I apreciate how you're able to reserve a (mostly) private space. The staff are extremely helpful, and they truly helped make my grandmother's birthday a pleasant experience. Although I love the current menu, I do miss the sushi menu before covid, as I am a vegetarian and miss some of their old rolls (the knowledgeable staff did help me get some of their old rolls though). Otherwise, my family and I am super excited about their Truffle Ramen. My mother mentions it every chance she gets and I totally agree with her. The truffle ramen is a must get.

3.5 on Yelp. I hope they can improve their service instead of spending their time on arguing with their customers online and in person. I ordered a soup and a noodle at a little bit after 7 pm. The front desk clerk said I would have to wait 10-15 minutes. In fact, I waited about 40 minutes. I told her she should let me know the actual waiting time earlier, the front desk clerk's excuse was "I gave you an estimated time." By the way, parking is not easy and You have to pay for the parking. I will not buy anything from here. You will know why the reviews on Yelp is 3.5.

we went in and ordered takeout. the inside looked like a nice place to eat. we had 2 salmon and 1 nigiri specials. The nigiri looked gorgeous and were perfectly balanced with fish and rice, except the rice was a bit dried and broke off easily. the specials came with miso and salad. some of the salad leaves were big enough for a few bites. we had 1 order of unagi nigiri. it came with 2. it was also beautiful and tasty. our age-dashi tofu was a disappointment. we would come back again and dine in for a better taste.
