๐ฝ๏ธ Turin | Hidden Gem with a 30โฌ Michelin Recommendation ๐ฝ๏ธ
๐ฐ Average cost per person: 30๐ถ ๐ Google Rating: 4.6 (1k+) This place specializes in Piedmont regional dishes. The setting is unique, dining under grapevines in a courtyard, giving a vibe similar to rural Chinese home-style cooking. The menu changes with the seasons, offering delicious meals at an affordable price. However, reservations are tough to get, so it's recommended to book a week in advance. ๐ง Appetizer Platter for 16โฌ My favorite was the vegetable pancake! It tastes just like the one served with millet porridge in the canteen. The beef strips (tuna sauce) were also good (the sauce really tastes like cat food). The cheese in the platter was fragrant and not stinky. We were also given a complimentary cold bean salad, which was very refreshing. ๐ For the main course, we ordered braised meat pasta and beef cheek. The meat was so tender it just fell apart. The pasta was a generous serving, too much to finish, and the taste was decent. ๐ฎ Custard The custard was the best of the meal!!! It had a bouncy texture, smooth and not greasy at all! So good you could eat two in one go. For dessert, I wouldn't recommend the raspberry ice cream, it's too sour... #Italy #MichelinRecommended #TurinFood #Turin #TurinLife #RestaurantRecommendation
