🍽️ Turin Piedmont Flavor Restaurant Check-In 🍽️
🥂 Appetizers: Recommended sparkling wine and craft beer to start. Lumache al pesto: Snails in a green sauce, the best of the meal, perfectly paired with pre-meal bread. The snails were shelled. Vitello tonnato: Tuna sauce beef, overall taste was light. The tuna flavor wasn't prominent, but there was a noticeable hazelnut taste. The roasted beef slices were tender, nothing extraordinary. 🍝 First Course: Tagliarini al ragù di coniglio in bianco: Rabbit meat pasta with a bell pepper sauce, quite tasty, second best of the meal. The rabbit meat was minced, giving a flavor reminiscent of angelica stewed rabbit. Raviolini al burro di tartufo: Truffle butter ravioli, incredibly rich and overpowering! What I saw on Google was large ravioli with truffle slices, felt deceived. 🥩 Second Course: Fassone alla griglia, cottura medium: Grilled Piedmont beef, unremarkable grilled beef, the meat was tender but a bit powdery (like frozen meat), leaving a creamy flavor in the mouth... rather greasy. 🍰 Dessert: We ended with two cups of coffee and were gifted a plate of cookies (didn't take a photo). 👩🍳 Service was excellent, and most of the diners were locals. We arrived just after twelve, and there were only two tables occupied. By around one, the place filled up gradually. 🎨 Presentation was quite refined, and after two people finished the above dishes, we were stuffed. Overall, the experience was satisfying, with a majority of local diners. #ItalianCuisine #TurinItaly
