📍 Waterfront Fusion Dining at JOEY Restaurant We visited the JOEY Shipyards location in North Vancouver (part of an upscale casual chain). The modern decor features a huge open kitchen on the left upon entry, and yes—the servers are all stunningly attractive (apparently part of the brand aesthetic 😉). Their globally inspired menu covers everything from American comfort food to Mediterranean, Japanese, and even Sichuan flavors! We ordered: 🦀 Crab Dip - Generous crab meat with perfectly balanced creamy/spicy sauce 🥗 Mediterranean Salad Bowl - Incredibly flavorful grilled chicken (their blackened chicken must be amazing!) + addictive crispy chickpeas 🍣 Torched Salmon Sushi - Beautifully seared fish (though the overpowering sauce between rice and salmon was a bit much) The waterfront patio offers panoramic views of Vancouver's skyline across the harbor—perfect for summer dining! #VancouverEats #NorthVanDining #JOEYRestaurant #WaterfrontViews #FoodieAdventures
