Every year, I make sure to indulge in this Vietnamese seafood restaurant—it's just too delicious!! 🦐🦞 This year marks my third year of dining here. Although I've already recommended this place last year, I'll document the dishes I've tried here again for easy reference when I want to try something new next time. 📝 Dining Review for This Visit: 🦀 House Special Crab with Udon Last time, I had the lobster udon, and this time, I switched to crab. Overall, this dish is my top pick. I personally think the lobster is better than the crab because eating crab is just too much of a hassle! 😩 But aside from that, it's perfect—flavor to texture, it's so refined. 🐚 Grilled King Scallop No need to say more, this is a must-order every time. The scallop meat is so plump and tender, so flavorful, I can't help but drool... 🤤 🕊 Deep Fried Quail In my opinion, this is the best roasted squab in North America. The sweet and salty flavor, the firm meat, and the crispy skin—absolutely exquisite. 😋 🐟 Seabass HotPot I tried this dish based on a recommendation from Xiaohongshu. It came in a large hot pot with huge chunks of frozen fish and various vegetables and rice noodles. The soup is quite tasty, a bit tangy and sweet, the fish is tender but not very flavorful. Overall, I prefer the seafood grill over the hot pot here. 🥥 Coco Matcha The waiter recommended this new item of the day. The matcha milk cap and fresh coconut water are a perfect match!
