📷|🇨🇦 It's Been Over a Year in "Ningguta" – Any Regrets?
Today is Canada Day 🇨🇦, and I just realized—I’ve been in "Ningguta" (aka Saskatoon) for over a year now! Having experienced all four seasons in this so-called "Ningguta of Ninggutas," do I regret coming here? Honestly? Not at all. In fact, I’ve grown to love this place that many call "barren" and remote. ❄️🌾 What I adore most is: 🏡 The small-city vibe – Quiet, peaceful, and free from overwhelming social pressures. 🤝 The mutual respect & culture – People here are kind, genuine, and down-to-earth. ☕ The simplicity – No unnecessary drama, just a slower, more intentional way of living. Yes, the winters are long and harsh (we’re talking -30°C 🥶), but there’s also a special kind of warmth—not from the weather, but from the people, experiences, and little moments that make life here meaningful. As I look ahead, I’m excited for another year in this underrated prairie city. Life keeps moving forward, and I’m ready to level up, tackle new challenges, and embrace the journey. Let’s go! 💪✨ #Saskatoon #SaskatoonLife #Canada #CanadianLife #ImmigrationJourney #Saskatchewan #PrairieLife #NinggutaVibes #NewBeginnings
