I am disappointed in this place. I went through the drive thru for a quick drink Asked for 2 large rootbeer. They only serve medium and they were $5.97! There was one car in front of me. The car in front waited a very long time to be served at the only service window. Then it was our turn. We got to the window and noticed a disgusting amount of garbage just under the window. Also our pops were made and waiting but the three employees inside were very far from the window and chatting together and with a customer. I made eye contact with one of them 3 times but was ignored. The person with the microphone who should have been servicing the drive-thru window was very far from it and did not look at us even once. The 3 of them just kept chatting and ignoring us. Luckily we did not order food. I just drove away. I went across the street to Mcdonalds. There was three cars ahead of me. I ordered large rootbeer and was charged only $5.18 for 2 large and was in and out in 3 minutes. This restaurant has lost my business forever. I have finally had it with this restaurant. Less than a year ago it was fantastic. Hot food, served fast, friendly staff, clean and a must stop when shopping in the area. Last few times it has been absolutely by far the worst fast food experience ever. (Still waiting on my email from the manager after completing the in store survey) It has been dirty, service has been slow, food orders wrong more often than they are right. Fries are way under cooked, burgers are slapped together with huge hunks of onion and lettuce ( maybe the kitchen staff aren't allowed to play with knives?) and the worst part of it all besides wasting my hard earned money and time off my life.....absolutely zero apology for incorrect orders, wait time or anything else....heck you are lucky if the staff make eye contact at all..... Most definitely have lost my business and that of anyone else who is smart enough to never go back! If people place any value in reviews they should take heed and go to absolutely any other...

Came here for supper, my husband ordered a stacker with no onions, and a chubby chicken burger. I got a teen burger combo with a root beer and poutine. We paid and then sat there for 4 minutes. Then someone popped their head out and asked if we paid, we said we had and they asked us to go sit in the drive thru parking spots. I asked for a fork and ketchup in the bag. They brought our food, and no drinks so they had to go in and get those. The poutine gravy tasted burnt. There was no ketchup or napkins in the bag. There was a lot of onions on the stacker when we requested no onions. The chubby chicken burger was not a regular chubby chicken burger, it was a chubby chicken cruncher. The drinks were both so watery I couldn’t tell which was the root beer and which was the coke.
