Day 1: Seven-Color Hill π - Purmamarca Town - Salinas Grandes (Jujuy Salt Flats) β Reached 4,000m altitude β slight altitude sickness possible! π΅βπ« β Kind fellow travelers shared coca candies (super helpful! π¬) β easily bought locally. β Purmamarca was charming, though I accidentally left my glasses in a small shop... π Day 2: Cafayate Town π‘ - Devilβs Throat (Garganta del Diablo) β Scenic drive with multiple photo stops β landscapes were STUNNING! πΈβ¨ β Devilβs Throat was a bit underwhelming (not as epic as the brochure pics π). β Visited a small winery with wine tasting β cheers! π· Day 3: City Walk πΆββοΈ - Cable Car Ride π‘ - Paragliding! β Downtown had Korean food & supermarkets β Asian-friendly! οΏ½π β Took the cable car up the mountain β amazing views! β°οΈ β Paragliding was available (no booking needed that day, but usually required! πͺ). β Me? Terrified of heights! NOPE, didnβt do it! π±π π Travel Agency Recommendation: Parada Norte β Super kind staff! Helped retrieve my lost glasses from Purmamarca the next day. π₯Ή β Tip: Booking in-person is cheaper than online! π° π Trip Schedule: Days 1 & 2: 7 AM - 7 PM (long but worth it!)
