For 2024-25, it’s Der Freischütz (The Marksman)—stunning, though less whimsical than past years’ designs! 🌊 The Show A bucket-list experience since I first saw photos years ago! This year, I planned my July 2024 Europe trip around it (and the Camino de Santiago—random combo, but why not? 😆). • Language barrier? Yes! The opera’s entirely in German (even subtitles)—so glad I watched plot videos beforehand! • Funny realization: My Airbnb host agreed—“They should add English subtitles!” 🙌 🏠 Stay Smart 📍 Airbnb gem: Private room + bathroom + sunny terrace 🌞 ✔️ 5-min walk to trains | 15-min to the lake stage ✔️ Host was respectful + clear about space—perfect!
