๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บ Australia Travel Guide: Brisbane & Gold Coast Edition

Departure: Shanghai Pudong Airport โœˆ๏ธ Brisbane Arrive at the airport 3 hours early โ€” after security, relax inside and wait comfortably. Flight duration: ~10 hours. Each seat comes with a pillow and blanket โ€” pretty cozy! Brisbane is Queenslandโ€™s sunny capital โ˜€๏ธ, with bright weather year-round. Youโ€™ll always see people picnicking or working out in parks and along the streets. Day 1 We started at South Bank Parklands ๐ŸŒณ โ€” built on the site of the 1988 World Expo, located along the Brisbane River. The park includes the clean Kodak Beach and lush green lawns โ€” a perfect spot to enjoy the weekend. In the afternoon, we visited City Hall Square. Thereโ€™s an ice cream shop called Gelatissimo on the pedestrian street โ€” super delicious! ๐Ÿฆ At night, we explored Eat Street Northshore ๐ŸŽช โ€” a vibrant food market by the river blending food, entertainment, and culture. Entry ticket: $6 AUD. Mostly locals go here; not too many tourists. Might not fully suit Chinese tastes โ€” I still think Chinatown has better Chinese food ๐Ÿ˜‰. Day 2 We went to Paradise Country ๐Ÿจ โ€” located behind Warner Bros. Movie World and Wetโ€™nโ€™Wild Gold Coast. Great for families! There are various shows ๐ŸŽญ, and you can feed kangaroos and rainbow lorikeets ๐Ÿฆœ. You can also pay to hold a koala for photos. In the afternoon, we headed to the Gold Coast ๐Ÿ–๏ธ โ€” a city near Brisbane known as Surferโ€™s Paradise. The sand is super soft โ€” perfect for walking and wading. There are showers nearby to rinse off ๐Ÿšฟ. We were lucky and even saw a rainbow! ๐ŸŒˆ Day 3 Free day! We chose to explore the city, go shopping, and have brunch ๐Ÿณ. Highly recommend trying brunch in Australia โ€” itโ€™s delicious, pretty, and gives you that true Aussie vibe. We ate at Mi Casa Cafe โ˜• โ€” nice atmosphere, good food, and very Instagram-friendly ๐Ÿ“ธ. #AustraliaTravel #ExploreAustralia #VisitBrisbane #BrisbaneEats #GoldCoastGuide #TravelGram #AustraliaDiaries ๐ŸŒ
