After leaving peaceful Churchill Island, we made a special detour to Geelong on our way to the Great Ocean Road โ and it was totally worth it! Geelong doesnโt have Melbourneโs fast pace. It blends history with modern vibes, with century-old buildings and painted bollards along the coast. Just walking around lifts your mood ๐โจ. ๐ Cunningham Pier I was mesmerized by the sea views as soon as we arrived โ๏ธ๐ค๏ธ. Blue skies, white clouds, a gentle breeze, and the romantic pier structure โ super photogenic! ๐ธ ๐ก Giant Sky Wheel Riding a ferris wheel right by the ocean is a unique experience! Itโs not super tall, but the view is just perfect โ you can see all of Geelongโs coastline ๐๏ธ. The vibe is 10/10! ๐ฏ ๐ฑ Ilza Japanese Cafe Tucked away in a quiet street, this cozy Japanese cafรฉ is a real gem ๐ฎ. The food is made with heart โ we ordered several dishes and every one was delicious ๐๐ต.
