šŸ‡§šŸ‡¦ Sarajevo Food Recommendations 🄘

I genuinely think Bosnian cuisine suits my taste perfectly! Here’s a dedicated food guide—hehe! āš ļø These are purely personal preferences: SAC’s Burek – ā€œBest burek in the world!ā€ Different from the one I tried in Novi Sad. Sold by weight, and it’s incredibly delicious with cream poured over it. ZELJO Branch 2’s Ćevapi – The best ćevapi I’ve had in Bosnia! There are three branches with the same name, but Branch 2 is the tastiest. Must. Go. To. Branch. 2! (It’s not on Google Maps—navigate to Branch 3 and look around the corner for Branch 2. Ask for extra kajmak cheese!). Teahouse DZIRLO – A cozy, grandma-style teahouse. Perfect for afternoon sun, reading, or chatting. Their teas are unique (~5 BAM for a large pot). I tried a cocoa tea—unlike any Chinese tea 🄰. Winter special: Saleb (smooth cinnamon milk like hot cocoa!). P.S. Close to Yellow Fortress—great for sunset after tea! Imaret Bakery – My absolute favorite bakery! Went daily—cheap and diverse 🫶. Hard to find on Google Maps, so I’ve added a guide below. Bosnian Cuisine Hadzibajric – Authentic Bosnian food. The ordering style reminded me of Hunan noodle shops back home! Packed with locals. I tried the traditional soup Begova Čorba, and they serve many other classics. ZLATNA RIBICA – A pub recommended by hostel friends! quirky decor, chill music, perfect for drinks and chats. Wanted to go with a crush, but it was full 😭. Call ahead to reserve! (Closes at midnight). That’s my personal list! Hope it helps—enjoy Sarajevo! 🄰 šŸ‘‰šŸ» Pro tip: Ask ChatGPT for local dish recommendations while traveling. I tried it this time, and it was spot-on—even led me to places mostly frequented by locals! šŸ‘šŸ» #SarajevoFood #Sarajevo #BosniaTravel #FoodRecommendations #SarajevoRestaurants #SarajevoGuide
