Dining Experience: The food is incredibly delicious! 😋 The service is exceptional, a stark contrast to many Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris. 🇫🇷 Dishes Ordered: Appetizers: Garlic Parsley Scallops, Fried Artichokes, Iberian Ham Slices. 🥖 Main Course: Leek Braised Perch. 🐟 Dessert: Cheesecake. 🍰 The scallops were incredibly tender, perfectly cooked, and accompanied by a homemade parsley oil, basil cream, and crispy fried porcini mushrooms. 🍄 The Iberian ham is a must-try, especially when it's so flavorful and not overly salty, with a distinct nutty aroma. 🍖 The ham is likely aged for over 12 months, dry, and its flavors intensify with each chew. Paired with a fruity Spanish dry white wine, it's heavenly. 🍷 The fried artichokes might be a bit less impressive, but they are still enjoyable with the well-prepared black truffle sauce. 🍲 The restaurant's service deserves praise for dividing all the dishes into two portions for sharing, even adding an extra dish to accommodate the request.
