🇧🇪Brussels Meat Dizziness Diary
This is truly an incredibly delicious little shop. If you have the chance to come to Brussels, you definitely must not miss it. You won't regret it!!! ▫️Spare Ribs The portion of roast pork ribs is quite substantial, served with potatoes and salad🥗. The ribs have a slightly sweet flavor, which is incredibly delicious😋. They are so tender that the meat falls off the bone with just a bite, and the texture is very juicy. It's even more fragrant than some of the excellent barbecue stalls in my country. It really suits my Asian taste buds🥹. ▫️Jambonneau Sauce Moutarde The large pork knuckle has a great balance of fat and lean meat👌🏻. The more you chew, the more flavorful it becomes, and it's not dry at all! Meat lovers will definitely enjoy this dish. Once you start eating, you won't want to stop😍. The roasted potatoes are also so delicious, with a rich potato aroma. I could finish an entire potato by myself🥔. ▫️Carbonade Of course, you have to try the Belgian beer-braised beef. The piece of beef is huge and has been braised until it's tender and falling apart. The mashed potatoes that come with it are also very good, with a creamy and delicate texture~ Peach Lindemans Pêcheresse The beer strongly recommended by the staff is really unbeatable!!!! It has a low alcohol content and tastes more like a peach-flavored sparkling water. There's no bitter taste; it's sweet and delightful. Enjoying big bites of meat while sipping on this wheat juice is pure bliss. 📍Fin de Siècle 🗺️ Rue des Chartreux 9, 1000 Bruxelles 💶The average cost per person is around €18. #DocumentingDeliciousFoodonMyJourney#HighlyRecommendingLocalDelicacies#100RestaurantExplorationPlan#BrusselsCuisine#BelgianFood#WhattoEatToday#FoodCanHealEverything#BrusselsTravelGuide#MyFoodDiary
