đŸ‡§đŸ‡· Holy Burger, SĂŁo Paulo

🍔 Heard that Holy Burger in SĂŁo Paulo is ranked 5th in the world 🌍 and has won countless awards! Since one of my friends is absolutely obsessed with burgers 👀, as soon as I came across it, I knew we had to check it out immediately! We were in such a rush that we didn't make a reservation đŸ€Šâ€â™‚ïž. Big mistake! We ended up waiting over an hour in line. The restaurant itself is quite small, and there were way more people queuing outside than dining inside. Seriously, make a reservation in advance❗ Otherwise, you'll be stuck waiting like we were, stomachs growling đŸș. My friends all unanimously ordered the priciest item on the menu, the Pony Line 💰. Made with 45 - day dry - aged beef, it’s slathered with a thick layer of sweet sauce. The beef patty is incredibly thick, and when you take a bite, it’s an explosion of juices đŸ’„! I actually really loved that sweet sauce—it was a total game - changer. I went for The Same Old Blue, and let me tell you, it was a winner 🏆! Packed with smoky mushrooms, crispy bacon, juicy beef, and just a hint of truffle sauce, it’s a flavor bomb! 🧹 I’d highly recommend this one. The layers of texture and taste were on another level, and they really didn’t skimp on the ingredients. For drinks, most of us ordered the Yuzu Lemon Tea đŸ”, but to be honest, I couldn’t taste any yuzu at all! It was just a regular, slightly sour lemon tea. In comparison, I’d suggest going for the Ginger Lemon Tea instead 👍. It actually tasted pretty good, and the ginger flavor wasn’t overpowering. Now, I’ll be real—I’m not the biggest burger fan to begin with đŸ€·â€â™€ïž. Maybe I built it up too much in my head because of its ranking, but it didn’t feel that special to me. It wasn’t bad by any means, but it tasted pretty similar to the burgers at Madero or Outback. And don’t even get me started on the fries—they weren’t as good as the freshly - fried ones at Burger King or McDonald’s 🍟. Feels like the hype might be bigger than the actual experience... The average cost per person was around 100 reais. Our bill was higher because we ordered the most expensive burger (85 reais), but there are plenty of more affordable options on the menu. Who knows, maybe those taste just as good! #SaoPauloBrazil #FoodieDiary #Burgers #RestaurantReview
