🇧🇷 Second Visit to Jam, a Japanese Restaurant in São Paulo

🇧🇷 It's been ages since my last visit to Jam, this amazing Japanese restaurant in São Paulo! 🎉 As soon as I stepped in, I was hit with that familiar, mouth - watering aroma of fresh sushi and sizzling tempura. 😋 I was thrilled to discover that they've updated their menu on this return trip, and it was an absolute delight! First and foremost, I have to rave about their Sushi Platter! 🍣😍 It's an incredible deal—you get six pieces in one plate, and the quality is top - notch! In the platter shown in Picture 5, there's a mouthwatering combination of minced salmon, fish roe, huge chunks of fresh scallops, and unagi (eel) sushi. Each piece is a burst of flavor, and I couldn't get enough! 🤤 With every bite, I was doing a little happy dance in my seat! 💃 The platter in Picture 6 was a favorite from my last visit, too. It features fatty tuna (toro), squid sushi, and a unique creation where salmon wraps around tempura shrimp 🍤 . Just looking at it made my eyes go wide with excitement! 👀 Every bite is pure satisfaction, and it's like a party in your mouth! 🎊 What also sets Jam apart is their salmon sashimi. 🍣✨ The slices are noticeably thicker than what you'd find at most Japanese restaurants, and the seasoning is just right. The addition of fish roe adds an extra layer of texture and flavor—it's a match made in heaven! 🤩 I found myself closing my eyes and savoring each slice, truly in foodie paradise. 🍴 On the flip side, the fried shrimp in Picture 3 was just so - so. 😕 It didn't quite live up to my expectations. I actually think the fried shrimp and salmon sushi I ordered last time was much tastier. But hey, one less - than - perfect dish can't overshadow the overall amazing experience! 🌟 All in all, I'm head over heels for this place! 💕 If I could, I'd give it a million stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ #SaoPauloBrazil #FoodDiary #JapaneseCuisine #Sushi #RestaurantRecommendations
