🇨🇦 $38 French-Asian Fusion on Queen West - Worth It?

The chef here previously worked at Globe Bistro (a Korean chef 👨🏻‍🍳) ⚠️ Note: Globe Bistro has permanently closed ❌ This new spot attempts French-Asian fusion cuisine 🍴🥢 Let's just say... they fused it. Maybe they shouldn't have. 🦐 ​​Pan-Seared Shrimp​​ Tasted like shrimp swimming in oil... (Some food blogger called this "speechlessly delicious" - well now I'm speechless too... with disappointment) 🍗 ​​Fried Chicken​​ Not bad! Basically Korean-style fried chicken 🥩 ​​Steak (Medium Rare)​​ Somehow still managed to be chewy enough to make my temples hurt (That same blogger claimed it was "tender" - unbelievable) 🐟 ​​Coconut Curry Salmon​​ Actually decent flavor-wise 🍔 ​​Burger​​ The highlight!
